Villa Perkenjan is located in the village of Sutivan on the island of Brač. The villa has been completely renovated. The villa has three apartments with stunning views over the Adriatic and Split in the distance. Separate entrances and parking space for each apartment. 300m from the harbour and restaurants, 250m to the closest bathing beach.
The swimming pool (3.5 x 7m) can be used from around mid-May to September/October, weather permitting.
The villa is also great for company conferences or large groups with its 16+2 beds across the three apartments.
